Delivery
Christmas Deliveries
To receive your order before Christmas, orders must be placed before 11:30am on December 22nd. Orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until January 6th 2009.

Freud Commitment: Stock permitting, all internet orders will be dispatched within the times indicated above. During the busy Christmas period, we will advise you if there are likely to be any small delays. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. Delivery to multiple addresses
We are happy to deliver different parts of your order to multiple addresses or addressees. Products delivered to multiple addresses or addressees will incur separate delivery charges for each one.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
We welcome wholesale customers. Please telephone our Head Office and speak with Naomi Freud about your requirements.
WEDDING LISTS
We have a successful Wedding List service at our shop which are happy to discuss and provide for you. Please telephone us or e-mail (info@freud.eu) for more details.
Returns and Refunds
You may exchange an item within fourteen days. You may exchange the item at our shop or you may telephone or email and we will arrange further instructions. If you would like to discuss the exchange of an item please telephone us on the numbers below.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. To return any products to us, please:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
You are most welcome to make payment using your credit card either by using PayPal or by telephoning a member of our team at the shop or at our Head Office. If our colleagues are busy with another call they will be happy to make a national telephone call to speak with you a little later.
Security
Payment is secure.
We know how important it is to securely store any information that you provide. Our website maintains the highest levels of security, using PayPal for all online payments. You can therefore rest assured that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously.
You can tell whether a page is secure as ‘https’ will replace the ‘http’ at the front of the www.freudliving.com or www.freud.eu in your browser address window. A small locked padlock will also appear in the bottom bar of your browser window.

Your privacy is of the highest importance to us and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for ANY purpose.
When you make a purchase from our website, we collect certain personal information from you (for example your name, e-mail address and payment address).
